So thankful for finding you…I am passionate about issues of humanitarian aid especially through medical care, and freedom/dissemination of information internationally. I am most horrified by the denial of medical care used as a weapon in Bahrain and Syria and the arrests and attacks on those in the medical profession. I do not have finances to donate as I’d like to, but would help you in any way otherwise. Thank you for your efforts.
We are prepared to provide you with a document confirming receipt of your donation. However, it would then be up to you to refer that to your local tax authorities over whom we have no influence.
May you kindly inform us, can the donators in Europe benifit from the Tax deduction? In other words do you provide documentation of proof of payment which is recognized by the Tax adminitstration in the EU countries? Hope to hear from you.

Please keep in mind that due to the sensitive nature of our activities in the western part of Libya we can not give too much details. This is only to protect our teams on the ground.
My concern w/ regards giving is making sure monies go to the people in need. What % of monies donated actually provide aid? What % of monies are consumed in administrative costs? I think this clarification, if provided, will help garner funds. I promise to Tweet solicitations for your cause and donate myself if you can respond w/ documentable high %’s. Dear Spencer, Thank you for your kind interest in supporting our work. We are maintaining a 100% pledge. All the money we raise is being spent on providing urgent medical aid to people in Libya. So far we have all been working on a voluntary basis all our administrative costs are being covered by our dedicated team and our kind patrons.
